We are an aluminium casting manufacturer in India offering custom aluminium castings for OEMs and industrial applications. We support low, medium and high-volume requirements, including small, medium and large-sized castings manufactured according to customer drawings, samples and technical specifications.
Our aluminium casting manufacturing capabilities include casting, machining and quality inspection, supported by CNC machining, spectrometer testing, sand laboratory facilities and dimensional inspection. We coordinate production with qualified manufacturing partners in India to meet customer requirements for quality, volume and delivery.

The QC technology we use includes a highly equipped sand lab, spectrometer and microscopes, and other high-level equipment. The machine shop and the foundry shop we have, are in tandem with ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Our team is very qualified, experienced, and has professionals with expertise in production, development, and quality control.
The machine shop we have has many CNC machines. These combine with backup from the other machines and SPM’s and manage all the customer's specifications.
We have also worked on developing an outsourcing route for all the processes. They are capable of offering alterations in smallest to the biggest size castings, also dealing with high volume products at the same time.
The production of our products happens with the supply partners we have in India. Thus we can offer a low-cost option even when the volume required is very high. All the parts that are manufactured using this method are highly engineered, and the quality standards are also met.
